Shipping and Returns Policy
All orders are shipped by US Postal Service Priority Mail for a flat rate to anywhere in the US and its territories. If your order fails to arrive you should contact Bare Feet by Katy by phone or email. Bare Feet by Katy may require you to submit a lost package claim to the US Postal Service.
If your order is missing or if you are not satisfied with the product for any reason, Bare Feet by Katy will refund your cost. To return a product , send email to refund@barefeetbykaty.com Be sure to include your order number in the subject line.
